Scanning Diagnostics: Unable to connect to the WMI Service

Description
      The following information is for Scan Diagnostic purposes only, and is not indicative of a detected vulnerability.          The scanning user encountered an error when connecting to the WMI Service.      This can be caused by a number of issues:      
The Credential used may not be valid
The target port may not be contactable
The Credential may not have the required DCOM permissions
    WMI access is required for accurate Policy assessments, certain system settings required for policy assessment can only be collected via WMI.
