Scanning Diagnostics: Access errors encountered in attempts to read over WMI

Description
      The following information is for Scan Diagnostic purposes only, and is not indicative of a detected vulnerability.          The scanning user encountered access denied errors while attempting to read meta-data about one or more files on the target file system.          WMI access is required for accurate Policy assessments, certain system settings required for policy assessment can only be collected via WMI.
